Supportive Services

Supportive Services are Available to Help You Find the Best Programs for Your Specific Needs

Getting your healthcare needs met can often be intimidating and hard. Housing Works’ great range of supportive services can help you find your way to optimal health and well being easily at one location. We have four healthcare centers for your convenience.

Adult Day Health Care (ADHC)

Our program offers individual and group services in a community setting designed for adults living with HIV and AIDS. We follow a harm reduction approach, which allows us to meet you exactly where you are, completely judgment-free.

Brooklyn Transportation Services

The Housing Works Brooklyn Transportation Service helps you get to appointments. The service is available to you if you have ADAP, or are under-insured or uninsured.
