Telehealth is an accessible way for our clients to receive care, especially for those who are unable to travel to our sites or who are seeking more privacy. Community Health Centers (CHCs) must be reimbursed at the same rate for telehealth visits as in-person visits to allow CHCs to provide comprehensive access to services pursuant to the modality patients prefer while maintaining the ability to recruit and retain providers. We support A7316/S6733 to codify this parity.
