Mahogany L. Browne, poet, educator, organizer and author of Black Girl Magic: A Poem and the forthcoming Woke: A Young Poet’s Call to Justice, in conversation about art and action with artist and performer Shaun Leonardo, whose multidisciplinary work negotiates societal expectations of manhood, namely definitions surrounding black and brown masculinities, along with its notions of achievement, collective identity, and experience of failure and has been featured at The Guggenheim Museum and the High Line.
