Ian Hanley named Housing Works' new Chief Financial Officer

After much consideration, we are pleased to announce Ian Hanley as our new Chief Financial Officer and Marius Golianek as SVP for Finance. In addition to finance, Ian's role will include oversight of Human Resources/People Departments as well as Operations. The agency has experienced significant growth in our program operations and businesses over the past several years, including the rapid expansion of our Cannabis business. Due to this past growth and anticipated continued expansion, Andrew Greene will assume a new role as Chief Revenue Officer with executive oversight for the Thrift Shops, Bookstore Cafe, Development, Marketing, and Cannabis.

These management changes reflect our ongoing plan to bring needed skills into the organization and to set up pathways for leadership succession. Both Ian and Andrew will be part of the Executive Team and report to Matthew Bernardo, President.
